So a little about me. I'm recently married and relocated from Southern California to San Francisco. I'm also a foodie and have been battling my weight my entire life. About seven years ago I joined Weight Watchers for the first time. I lost a bunch of weight and felt amazing. But I was only able to do this due to the fact that they had rolled out a new eating plan called Core. Then I met my now-husband and over time I have re-gained the weight plus a little more. My goal is to return to the joy I felt cooking Core style. The only thing is now it's called Simply Filling. It's similar to Core but a little different. I'll touch on the differences later. The main thing is that I really love to cook and share. And I've noticed that there seems to be a lack of blogs that are mainly about Simply Filling and Core. My inspiration is to cook whole foods that are beautiful and simple. And take photos of them as photography is my other love.

I'm not very familiar with Core but do think I heard its low cab anyway lower carb. I know you can't share the specifics but would be very interested in the specifics of how you are eating! Thanks. Also would be great if you could put a place to follow you by email! Oh and when I diminish my keyboard there it is! Lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment Karen! :) Yes please do check back. I am in the process of lining up the recipes that i will be sharing. I will be definitely talking about my plan in future posts. Just to clarify I'm not low-carb but I am low-processed food which includes bread etc. But there will be plenty of grains, fruit etc. I'm also a big flavor junkie so expect some different tastes, esp Asian inspired etc.
